FINALLY i'm adding some updates

School started back today!! I'm very excited. I ran errands today and got some homework done. However, from now on I will be on campus at noon on Mondays and Thursdays to study and do homework. Then for a run ( I will be running the Shamrock Scurry at KUMC in the 5K in March) around campus and the gym. Then a light healthy snack before class at 6pm. I really enjoy the girls in my class and my teachers, Abrams and Berryman, however, they prefer to be called...Chad and Jon. I'm enjoying the EMT program at TCC very much. I've already been termed the Class Over Acheiver since I introduced myself in the class discussion board like asked and read the chapters after only knowing about all the assignments this morning when blackboard finally opened up. I also have 30 skills signed off in my book and we only needed 20 signed off from first sememster. (30 skills are due in March so i guess i'm ahead huh?)  Mac Kemp was an awesome teacher last semester and i'm only hoping this semester will be just as promising with an A outcome, a pass on the state EMT exam, acceptance into the Paramedic Program and a job with Leon County or TMH as an Emergency Medical Technician.

Matt is anxiously awaiting a call back from a law enforcement agency after his graduation in December. Most agencies said they are not hiring till spring or summer. I hope it happens soon!! I'm still a little jealous, there's always been a part of me that's wanted to be a kick butt dective, haha. If i pass and become a Paramedic next year, maybe one day I'll go to police academy and one day work as a SWAT MEDIC!!!! How amazing would that be? Gary would be proud. I'm also thinking in 4 years (before i'm 30) i'll join the Army or Army reserves and be a medic/mp and hopefully have them put me through nursing school or grad school for a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (my final dream job, if you can keep track...they are Dectecitve, Psychologist, and Paramedic/Nurse or even DR, haha) If you don't have dreams you have nothing.

Wow, talk about all over the place in my blogging today...that's what happens when it's been so long since my last post. Anyhow...

Gwyneth is getting so big. I swear he looks like she is 6. Talks and acts like shes 16 though. She loves school and her teachers, Mrs. Mathes and Mrs. Tishler. It also helps that her "best friend" Aria is in her class. With mommy's help she knows my phone number, how to write her name almost perfectly, can count to 20 perfectly, knows and recognizes all her alphabet. We are now working on letter sounds, she knows most of them but we are getting there and on work recognition.

She loves gymnastics (except when she's sick) she also wants to do cheerleading. I'm thinking of putting her in Irish dancing with Aria next year maybe. Ballet was to slow for her and she wanted to dance by herself in the mirror, haha. She loves to play blocks and dolls with Grayce, Arts and crafts and games with me. She likes watch tv and play tag with daddy.

She has gotten in more trouble in the month of December than her whole 3 years of life. She seems to be getting more polite, mannered, nicer, and more helpful cleaning the house and taking care of Grayce. She sure does lover her Mommy though and that is the greatest feeling in the world.

Grayce is also as outspoken and spirited as Gwyn. She REFUSES to drink milk even if flavored, pedisure or Breakfast essentials. She spits it all over herself when she realizes it is milk and not juice, throws it on the floor and the throws herself on the floor in a tantrum. She is also a very picky eater and would rather snack all day than eat real food that's good for her. The doctor is doing another weigh in next monday and if shes hasn't gained anything in the last two weeks she's running lab work on her. I pray that all is well and she will eat and drink better for us. She loves her bunny if you haven't seen in all my pictures. She needs that and her thumb to fall asleep. She is daddy and Scotts girl, i can only imagine how much her and Gary would have loved one another.

She can count to three (i wonder if its from me counting to 3 for Gwyn getting in trouble or from 1.2.3 wee and go backwards while i'm holding her) ookie "cookie", tank u "thank you", peez "please", eeze "cheese" (i take alot of pictures), guineth like guiness but with an eth "gwyneth", ott "scott, dada, mama, nana, gama "grandma", papa, dede (what gwyn nicknamed matts dad), uce "juice", bite bite, mmm, chip "chipper and chips", abba "abby", night night (she even grabs her bunny, tells me night night, sucks her thumb and goes to her room, climbs in bed and falls asleep all by herself) poopoo, ath "bath", ouch, see ya, see ya later, makes animal sounds for dog, cat, horse, zebra, monkey, lion, tiger, duck, chicken, rooster and donkey. She also makes snoring sounds to mock dede and daddy and a very realistic monster sound, haha. Blows kisses great!!

We are starting on potty training. I'm not full out training her yet until she's a little older and i'm used to our spring schedule. We go somedays with out wearing diapers. I love it when she pees on herself and looks at it on the floor, then looks at her pee pee. Freezes and still baffeled and touches the wet on her legs and peepee and then looks at the pee on the floor again. I then tell her go peepee on the potty and she runs to it and sits down on it (obviously, there is nothing left to pee but i'm trying to pavlov train her to learn what the URGE to pee feels like and where to go when you feel that urge.

Ugghh...okay i'm getting tired i'll have to write about Chrismas and other things tomorrow, i'm officially tired.
